Hilti makes great claims for its service and repair; they say they can turn around a repair in three days or you don’t pay for it. On a new tool you have two years of servicing included in the cost, even on batteries on cordless tools and if you go for their fleet deals that can be up to four years. They also cap the price of the service so you’re never paying more than a certain amount.
All this sounds very impressive but can they achieve it and more importantly how do they achieve it?
