Milwaukee

Milwaukee is owned by TTI along with Ryobi and AEG so, despite their American name, there is very little American heritage in the brand. They have come from nowhere to being a major player in the market and have their sites firmly set on becoming the No1 brand in the UK.

In the early days they had difficulty setting up a decent service network and many dealers became frustrated with this aspect of their business. It undoubtedly hampered their growth. However, they have upped their game over the last couple of years and sorted out some (if not all) the weaknesses in their after-sales service.

We have tested many Milwaukee tools up against other brands and they are consistently up there, winning the 18 volt cordless test twice in a row. In many respects they are the brand to watch.
