Terms and Conditions for Online Competition

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Snickers Workwear (“Competition”) organized by Skill Builder (“Organizer”). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to individuals aged [Minimum Age] and over, except employees of the Organizer and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Competition.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
  • Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  • Valid email address required for entry.

3. Competition Period

  • The Competition commences on February 1st 2024 at 09:00 and ends on February 29th 2024 at 23:59, after which no further entries to the Competition will be permitted.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter the Competition, entrants must complete the website form.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. Prizes

  • The Winner(s) of the Competition will receive the prize(s) outlined.
  • Prizes are not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winner(s) will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Organizer and or its agents.
  • The Winner(s) will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the Winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 5 days, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner(s) and pick a replacement winner.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by UK Law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

11. Agreement

  • By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

12. Amendments

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.
