Effortless Pipe Bender | Rothenberger Robend 4000E

Pipe benders are essential tools..

In plumbing and construction they enable professionals to create precise bends in metal pipes, facilitating the installation of piping systems with complex angles and curves.

Rothenberger Robend 4000E 18V Cordless Pipe Bender 15-28mm

The Rothenberger ROBEND 4000 E Cordless Pipe Bender is another addition to Rothenberger’s ever-increasing cordless range.

The unit can bend copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, and even multilayer composite pipes up to 180°.

Powered by an 18V 4.0Ah battery it can make up to 60 bends (based on 28mm copper tube) on a single charge.

It allows tool-free adjustment of the desired bending angle, and the patented ROLUB bending shoes ensure a ripple- and deformation-free bend.

The production of mass numbers of bends is also of no problem to the unit with an auto switch-off function once the desired bending angle is achieved.

These tools come in various forms, including manual hand benders, hydraulic benders, and electric benders, each designed to handle different pipe sizes and materials such as copper, aluminum, and steel. Manual pipe benders are often used for smaller projects and require physical effort to operate, while hydraulic and electric models offer greater efficiency and ease of use for larger, more demanding tasks. Accurate pipe bending is crucial for ensuring that pipes fit properly within a system, preventing stress and potential damage that could lead to leaks or failures. By using pipe benders, professionals can achieve smooth, consistent bends that enhance the functionality and durability of plumbing and structural systems.
