Hi I have moved into a new build bungalow and have noticed the silicone seal around the on suite shower tray has come away from the tray.I think there may be some movement on the plastic tray.There is still a year’s warranty on the house do you think this problem may be covered.At present we are not getting any water patches on ceilings down stairs so not sure if leaking underneath the tray.
