Hi I love your channel and find it really insightful hence why I’m here, I have a problem with my 1930s detached house.

As you can see from under the floor in the front of the property, it’s soaking and to be honest, I’m worried.

The inside of the cavity in the bay window area has no insulation nowhere in the property does but I can see beads of condensation on the bricks.

Please help.
